The Housing Authority of the City of Hope (HACOH) serves the City of Hope and Hempstead County Arkansas.

HACOH provides housing assistance through Public Housing, Rural Developments and HCV programs. HACOH owns and manages 200 Public Housing units, 48 Rural Development properties, and 180 Housing Choice Vouchers. Learn more about our Communities here.
