The Housing Authority of the City of Hope (HACOH) serves the City of Hope and Hempstead County Arkansas.
HACOH provides housing assistance through Low Income Public Housing, HUD Multi-Family and HCV programs. HACOH owns and manages 200 Low Income Public Housing units, 48 HUD Multi-Family properties, and 180 Housing Choice Vouchers. Learn more about our Communities here.
